Forsyth Produce are actively involved in the the 5 a day initiative and regularly undertake activities to promote the benefits and importance of healthy eating.

Health Day Event at Udston Primary School

Udston Primary School in Hamilton held a 'Health Day' event which was attended by 165 children staff and parents. Throughout the day all classes had a 30 minute tasting session which included a wide variety of fruit.

Forsyth Produce are delighted to have made a contribution to the success of the day, which also saw the children enjoying street dancing, sports games and many other activities aimed at keeping children healthy and active.
